Wellbi Privacy Policy

Wellbi ("the app", "we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.

Data we collect

Health & fitness: steps and active calories (from your device's health service — Apple Health / Android Health Connect — only if you grant permission), weight, height, daily calorie/macro intake, and meal logs.
Photos: meal photos only when you capture or select them for calorie analysis.
Profile information: age, gender, goal, and activity level (entered during onboarding).
Subscription status: premium purchase/subscription information.

The app does not use an account/login system; we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number that directly identifies you.

How we use data

To calculate your calorie/macro targets and show your progress.
To estimate nutritional values from your meal photos.
To provide the core functionality of the app.

Sharing with third parties

Google (Gemini API): your meal photos are sent for calorie analysis. They are processed only on our behalf.
RevenueCat + Apple / Google: purchase information is processed for subscription verification.

We do not sell your data for advertising purposes.

Security & retention

All data transfer is encrypted with HTTPS. We retain your data only for as long as you use the app. After a deletion request, your data is permanently deleted (including from backups) within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

Deleting your data

Wellbi does not use an account/login; your data is tied to the installation on your device. You can request deletion of your data using the method below.

Send an email with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to incilerhasan@gmail.com.
Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest, and all your data is permanently deleted.

Retained data / additional retention period: No personal data is kept after deletion. Copies in backups are cleared within 30 days at the latest. Meal photos are processed only at the moment of analysis and are not stored permanently.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
